📦 Contents (per tablet):

• Glimepiride – 1 mg

• Metformin (SR) – 500 mg (Sustained Release)

• Pioglitazone – 15 mg

It’s a triple combination used to manage blood sugar levels in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

✅ Uses:

• Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (in adults)

• Prescribed when single or dual therapy (e.g., Glimepiride + Metformin) is not enough to control blood sugar

⚙️ How It Works:

1. Glimepiride (Sulfonylurea):

Increases insulin release from the pancreas.

2. Metformin (Biguanide):

• Decreases liver glucose production

• Increases insulin sensitivity

• Delays glucose absorption

3. Pioglitazone (Thiazolidinedione):

Improves insulin sensitivity in muscles and fat tissue.
