βοΈ Mechanism of Action:

Paracetamol reduces fever and relieves headache/body pain by blocking prostaglandins in the CNS.

Phenylephrine is a selective alpha-1 agonist that causes vasoconstriction in nasal mucosa, reducing congestion.

Diphenhydramine blocks H1 histamine receptors and also has sedative effects β useful for nighttime cold relief.

Caffeine enhances the pain-relief effect of paracetamol and offsets drowsiness caused by diphenhydramine.

Take after food with water. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
