Vel Drop – 10 ml Bottle (1% w/w Eye Drops)

Composition (Per 1 ml):

• Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose IP – 1% w/v
  (A viscous, water-soluble polymer used as a lubricant to relieve dryness and irritation in the eyes. It helps to form a protective film over the cornea.)
• Stabilized Oxychloro Complex – 0.005% w/v (as preservative)
  (A preservative used to prevent microbial growth in the eye drops, ensuring the solution remains sterile and safe for use.)
• Sterile Aqueous Base – O.S. (Quantity Sufficient)
  (A sterile water-based solution that forms the foundation of the eye drops and helps to dissolve the active ingredients.)

Indications:

• Vel Drop is typically used to lubricate and moisturize dry or irritated eyes. It can provide relief from symptoms caused by environmental factors (such as wind or smoke), prolonged screen use, or eye conditions like dry eye syndrome.

Dosage:

• As directed by a physician.
  Usually, 1-2 drops in each eye may be instilled 2-3 times a day or as required, depending on the severity of dryness or irritation.

Storage Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
• Do not freeze.
