Telista MT 50 is a medication used primarily to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) and related cardiovascular conditions. It is a combination of two active ingredients:

1. Telmisartan: This is an Angiotensin II Receptor Blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes blood vessels to constrict. By blocking this hormone, telmisartan helps relax blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure and reducing the heart’s workload.
