Composition:

Each hard gelatin capsule contains:

• Clopidogrel Bisulphate IP equivalent to Clopidogrel 75 mg

• Rosuvastatin Calcium IP equivalent to Rosuvastatin 10 mg

• Excipients – q.s.

💡 Description:

Statpure-CV 10MG is a fixed-dose combination of a statin (Rosuvastatin) and an antiplatelet agent (Clopidogrel). It is used to manage cardiovascular risks, particularly in patients with a history of heart attack, stroke, or other heart-related conditions.

🩺 Indications:

• Prevention of heart attacks and strokes

• Management of dyslipidemia (high cholesterol)

• Secondary prevention in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)

• After angioplasty or coronary stent placement

🔬 Mechanism of Action:

• Clopidogrel: Inhibits platelet aggregation, reducing the risk of blood clots.

• Rosuvastatin: Inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, lowering LDL cholesterol and triglycerides while increasing HDL.

💊 Dosage & Administration:

• Usual adult dose: One capsule daily or as directed by a physician

• Can be taken with or without food

• Do not chew or crush the capsule
