D Acne Plus Gel is a topical anti-acne medication used for the treatment of acne (pimples) and acne-related skin inflammation. It combines an antibiotic, a skin-repair agent, and a vitamin B3 derivative to control acne-causing bacteria, reduce inflammation, and improve overall skin condition.

Composition

Each gram of gel contains:

• Allantoin – 0.5% w/w

• Clindamycin – 1% w/w

• Niacinamide – 4% w/w
