⚙️ Mechanism of Action:

Chlorpheniramine: Blocks H1 histamine receptors to reduce allergy symptoms like sneezing, watery eyes, and itching.

Dextromethorphan: Acts on the cough center in the brain (medulla) to suppress the cough reflex without causing drowsiness like codeine.
📏 Dosage Guidelines:
