Aceclo Spas is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac and Drotaverine Hydrochloride. It is primarily used for pain relief and the reduction of muscle spasms, particularly in conditions like musculoskeletal pain, abdominal cramping, and spasms.

Composition:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg)
• Drotaverine Hydrochloride (80 mg)
• Excipients: These are inactive substances used to help in the formulation and stability of the tablet.

What Each Ingredient Does:

1. Aceclofenac (100 mg):
   • Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID): Aceclofenac works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals responsible for causing inflammation, pain, and fever. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation, especially in conditions like arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, and back pain.
2. Drotaverine Hydrochloride (80 mg):

Indications:

Aceclo Spas is typically prescribed for the following conditions:

• Musculoskeletal pain and inflammation: Pain associated with conditions like arthritis, back pain, and sprains.
• Abdominal cramps or spasms: Relieves cramping pain from conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastrointestinal spasms, or menstrual cramps.
• Spastic conditions: Reduces pain and discomfort due to muscle spasms.

Dosage:

• The typical dosage is 1 tablet once or twice a day, depending on the severity of the condition and your doctor’s prescription.
