Composition (Per Tablet):
Each uncoated bilayered tablet contains:

• Metformin Hydrochloride IP – 500 mg

• Glimepiride IP – 2 mg

Switglim-M 2/500 is an oral antidiabetic medicine used for the management of Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus. It helps control blood sugar levels when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient.

How It Works

This medicine contains two antidiabetic agents that work together:

✔ Glimepiride

• Stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin

• Helps reduce high blood sugar after meals

✔ Metformin

• Reduces glucose production in the liver
