✅ How to Use:

External inhalation only. DO NOT SWALLOW OR CHEW.

Two common methods of use:

1. Steam Inhalation Method:

   • Cut or puncture the capsule

   • Pour contents into a bowl of hot water

   • Inhale the vapors by covering head with a towel for 5–10 minutes

2. On-Cloth or Pillow Application:
