⚙️ Mechanism of Action:

Paracetamol: Inhibits prostaglandins in the CNS to relieve pain and reduce fever.

Phenylephrine: Alpha-1 agonist – causes vasoconstriction in nasal blood vessels → decongests.

Caffeine: CNS stimulant – improves alertness, slightly boosts analgesic effect.

Chlorpheniramine: Blocks histamine H1 receptors – manages allergic symptoms.

📏 Dosage:

Take with water, preferably after meals.
