Composition (per gram):

• Hydroquinone 2% w/w – A skin-lightening agent that reduces pigmentation by inhibiting melanin production.

• Mometasone Furoate 0.1% w/w – A potent corticosteroid used to reduce inflammation, redness, and swelling.

• Tretinoin 0.025% w/w – A retinoid that promotes skin turnover, helping with acne and pigmentation.

Uses:

Typically prescribed for hyperpigmentation, melasma, dark spots, acne marks, and other skin discolorations. Often referred to as a “triple combination” cream due to its three active agents.

Dosage and Application:

As directed by the physician.

However, general guidance includes:

• Apply a thin layer once daily at night, usually on clean, dry skin.

• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken skin.

• Use sunscreen during the day, as this cream can increase sun sensitivity.

• Not recommended for long-term use without medical supervision due to risks of skin thinning, irritation, or other side effects.

Precautions:
