⚠️ Clobetasol is one of the strongest topical steroids available. It should only be used under medical supervision and for short durations.


🎯 Indications / Uses:

Lozivate Cream is used to treat severe inflammatory skin disorders, including:

  • Psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis)

  • Lichen planus

  • Severe eczema or dermatitis

  • Lupus erythematosus (discoid)

  • Allergic contact dermatitis

  • Seborrheic dermatitis (short-term, localized)

🟡 Only recommended when weaker corticosteroids have failed.


⚙️ Mechanism of Action:

Clobetasol binds to glucocorticoid receptors, suppressing:

  • Inflammation

  • Immune response

  • Redness, swelling, and itching

  • Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily.
