Lomela Cream is a prescription topical depigmenting formulation indicated for the treatment of melasma, hyperpigmentation, dark patches, and post-inflammatory pigmentation. It combines a skin-lightening agent, a retinoid, and a corticosteroid to reduce melanin production, improve skin cell turnover, and control inflammation when used under medical supervision.

Composition

• Hydroquinone USP: 2.0% w/w

• Tretinoin USP: 0.025% w/w

• Mometasone Furoate IP: 0.1% w/w

• Cream Base: q.s.

Mechanism of Action

• Hydroquinone: Inhibits melanin synthesis to lighten hyperpigmented areas

• Tretinoin: Enhances epidermal turnover and penetration of actives

• Mometasone Furoate: Reduces inflammation, redness, and irritation

Directions for Use
