Folitrax 25 Injection contains Methotrexate, a folic-acid antagonist that works by inhibiting DNA synthesis and cell replication. It is a cytotoxic medication widely used in oncology for various cancers and in lower doses for autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. Folitrax 25 is provided in a 1 ml sterile ampoule, typically administered via intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), subcutaneous, or intra-lesional routes depending on the indication.
