COSMELITE NEXT Cream is a prescription topical depigmenting formulation indicated for the management of melasma, hyperpigmentation, dark patches, and post-inflammatory pigmentation. Its triple-action formula works by reducing excess melanin production, accelerating epidermal turnover, and controlling inflammation when used under medical supervision.

Composition

• Hydroquinone: 2% w/w

• Tretinoin: 0.025% w/w

• Mometasone Furoate: 0.1% w/w

Mechanism of Action

• Hydroquinone inhibits melanin synthesis, lightening darkened skin

• Tretinoin increases skin cell turnover and enhances penetration of actives
