⚙️ Mechanism of Action:

Ciprofloxacin: Inhibits bacterial DNA replication → kills bacteria

Dexamethasone: Suppresses inflammation, redness, swelling, and immune response
→ Together, they treat bacterial infections while reducing inflammatory symptoms
🧴 Dosage (Typical):
👁️ Eyes:

Instill 1–2 drops in the affected eye every 4–6 hours, or as prescribed

In severe infections, may use more frequently in initial 24–48 hours
👂 Ears:

Instill 3–4 drops in the affected ear 2–3 times daily

Tilt head for a few minutes after instillation
Duration: Usually 5–7 days (up to 14 days max), or as advised
