Composition: Each 100g of gel contains:

• Diclofenac 2% W/W
• Menthol 5% W/W
• Methyl Salicylate 10% W/W

1. Diclofenac (2% W/W) – A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by reducing pain and inflammation in the affected area. It inhibits the action of cyclooxygenase (COX), which leads to a decrease in prostaglandins (chemicals that promote inflammation, pain, and fever).
2. Menthol (5% W/W) – Provides a cooling effect that helps soothe the skin and relieves pain through local analgesic action. It can also help reduce muscle tightness and discomfort.
3. Methyl Salicylate (10% W/W) – Often used for its counterirritant properties, it causes a sensation of warmth, increasing blood flow to the affected area and relieving muscle and joint pain.
