Composition (per gram):

Nifedipine IP 0.3% w/w – A calcium channel blocker that helps relax the anal sphincter muscles and improve blood flow, promoting healing, especially in anal fissures.
Lidocaine IP 1.5% w/w – A local anesthetic that provides immediate relief from pain and itching.
Imidurea IP 0.2% w/w – A preservative with mild antimicrobial properties, often used in topical preparations.

Anobliss cream is primarily used for:

Chronic and acute anal fissures
Anal sphincter spasm
Painful defecation
May also assist in reducing internal anal pressure, aiding the natural healing process.

Use as directed by the physician.

Typical instructions:

Apply a small amount (about a pea-sized quantity) to the anal canal and surrounding area, 2–3 times daily, especially after bowel movements.
Can be applied externally and intra-anally using a gloved finger or applicator.
Wash hands before and after application.
