Brimopress T Eye Drops is a combination anti-glaucoma medication designed to reduce elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in conditions such as open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
It provides enhanced pressure control by combining two proven IOP-lowering agents.
How It Works:
- Brimonidine 0.2%:
• Decreases aqueous humour production
• Increases fluid drainage (uveoscleral outflow) - Timolol 0.5%:
• Reduces aqueous humour formation
Together, they deliver dual-action and sustained IOP reduction.
