HH Lite Cream is a prescription topical formulation used in the treatment of melasma, hyperpigmentation, dark patches, and post-inflammatory pigmentation. It combines a depigmenting agent, a retinoid, and a corticosteroid to reduce melanin production, increase skin cell turnover, and control inflammation under medical supervision.

Composition

• Hydroquinone USP – 2% w/w

• Tretinoin USP – 0.025% w/w

• Mometasone Furoate IP – 0.1% w/w

• Emollient Cream Base – q.s.

Preservatives:

• Butylated Hydroxytoluene IP – 0.10% w/w

• Methylparaben IP – 0.18% w/w

• Propylparaben IP – 0.02% w/w

How It Works

• Hydroquinone: Reduces excess melanin to lighten dark patches

• Tretinoin: Promotes epidermal turnover and improves penetration

• Mometasone Furoate: Controls inflammation, redness, and irritation

Directions for Use
