Composition:

• Brimonidine Tartrate – 0.2% w/v
  (Alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that lowers eye pressure)

• Timolol Maleate – 0.5% w/v
  (Beta-blocker that reduces aqueous humour production)

• Sterile aqueous vehicle q.s

Product Overview:

Brimopress T Eye Drops is a combination anti-glaucoma medication designed to reduce elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in conditions such as open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
It provides enhanced pressure control by combining two proven IOP-lowering agents.

How It Works:

• Brimonidine 0.2%:
  • Decreases aqueous humour production
  • Increases fluid drainage (uveoscleral outflow)

• Timolol 0.5%:
  • Reduces aqueous humour formation
  Together, they deliver dual-action and sustained IOP reduction.

Uses / Indications:

• Open-angle glaucoma

• Ocular hypertension
