Composition:

• Brimonidine Tartrate 0.2% w/v – Alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that reduces intraocular pressure.

• Timolol Maleate IP equivalent to Timolol 0.5% w/v – Beta-blocker that lowers pressure inside the eye.

• Benzalkonium Chloride Solution IP 0.02% w/v – Preservative.

• Sterile Aqueous Vehicle q.s

Cibrim-T Eye Drops is a combination anti-glaucoma medication used to lower elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
It works by combining the actions of Brimonidine (reduces aqueous humour production and increases drainage) and Timolol (reduces fluid formation in the eye), offering better pressure control than individual drugs alone.
